Today, it is the rightful mission of Turtle Island North CSSP - consecutively settled sovereign peoples - to bring the United Nations to the Reconciliation Settlement Tribunal (RST) via OIPC; and, therein, to achieve the mutually binding agreement that the territory UN-registered as the EIIR constitutional Canada monarchy since 1949 is, in fact, the sustained CSSP territories; and, further, that EIIR Canada is named as the central protagonist of the Indian Residential School (IRS) system as named in the TRC 2015 Final Report; and, additionally, that the TRC cited circa 30 instances of genocide arising through the 129 continuous years to 1996 of IRS child abuse named are agreed as singularly originating through the EIIR Canada government education programs; with the UN Security Council invoking the UN Charter, Chapter VII breaches ; and, then, proceeding to file such Agreement to the International Criminal Court Prosecutor's Office for consequent determinations. The said CSSP-UN RST Agreement shall be concluded within the 2018 calendar period.
